• While linens, bath towels, and beach towels are not provided when booking directly, our cleaners can supply them for $65.

• Kindly note, as is customary with shore house rentals, tenants are expected to leave the house as they found it.  This allows our cleaning service to ensure the sanitary condition of the home in time for the next tenant as our cleaners use medical grade cleaning solutions.

• There is a security camera on-site.

**The refundable security deposit will be returned within two weeks after the rental if no damage is found.
